Day-by-Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Umbwe Gate to Umbwe Cave Camp
Your trek begins at the Umbwe Gate, located on the southern side of Mount Kilimanjaro. As you traverse through the dense rainforest, listen to the symphony of chirping birds and the rustling of leaves under your feet. Reach Umbwe Cave Camp, nestled in a natural cave formation, where you can rest and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Day 2: Umbwe Cave Camp to Barranco Camp via Barranco Wall
On this challenging day, you will ascend the renowned Barranco Wall, a thrilling vertical climb that rewards you with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
